Refund Policy

1. Overview
At CXCHE.SHOP, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and fair refund policy.
2. Returns
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 3 business days.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged products not caused by delivery
- Gift cards or downloadable software products
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@cxche.shop.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
